The service

Attrelix scores account signups for fraud risk. Scores are probabilistic signals, not proof: you decide what to do with them and you are responsible for that decision.

Your account

Keep your secret key secret. Anything done with it counts as done by you. Tell us at once if it leaks; you can rotate it in the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Use the API only to protect your own product, with a lawful basis to process your users' data. Do not use it to profile people for credit, housing, employment or similar decisions.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period. Usage above the plan limit is refused, not billed.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. Integrate so that an error from us lets the signup through.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will e-mail customers 30 days before a material change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Brazil, unless the law of your country gives you a right to another forum.
